Terms of Use
Last updated: June 7, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Nexmeet application or browsing our website, you expressly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not access or use our services.
2. Service Description
Nexmeet is a platform that connects people to facilitate the scheduling and organization of social meetings. For final users, the platform allows mapping common free hours in groups, conducting voting on venues (bars, restaurants, and similar), and receiving promotional coupons. For commercial establishments (merchants), Nexmeet offers subscription plans for prioritized display, coupon creation, and an analytical performance dashboard.
3. Registration and Account Security
To use Nexmeet's interactive features, the user must register by providing true and updated information. Password security and account access are the sole responsibility of the user. Nexmeet uses secure authentication with password encryption and session tokens to ensure access security.
4. Rules of Conduct
You agree to use Nexmeet exclusively for lawful purposes. It is expressly prohibited to:
- Create false identities or pretend to be someone else.
- Register false availability information or abuse fictitious bookings.
- Use the app to send abusive messages, spam, or unlawful materials to your groups.
- Exploit vulnerabilities or attempt to access the platform's databases without authorization.
5. Plans and Subscriptions (Merchants)
The app is free for final users. For merchants, Nexmeet sells exposure plans (Free, Presence, Highlight, and Premium) whose prices and benefits are detailed on our main page. Payments are billed monthly and renewal is automatic; merchants can cancel the subscription at any time through their administrative dashboard.
6. Intellectual Property
All design, source code, logos (including the mascot Flipy), illustrations, and texts contained in Nexmeet are the exclusive property of our brand or legally licensed. No copy, redistribution, or unauthorized commercial exploitation of our intellectual material is permitted.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nexmeet acts only as a facilitator of scheduling and recommending venues. We are not responsible for the behavior of users in physical meetings, the quality of service of the listed establishments, or any losses and damages resulting from the cancellation of events organized by the platform.
8. Contact
