Nexmeet is a smart application designed to simplify scheduling and organizing in-person group meetings. It helps you and your friends find the best dates and common times automatically, as well as suggesting and voting on ideal venues.
Each group member enters their free hours and days in their profile. When planning a meeting, Nexmeet automatically crosses this data to show the best times when the majority (or all) are free, avoiding long group chats.
Yes! Nexmeet is completely free for users to organize group meetings. We offer optional premium subscriptions with extended features, as well as special plans for merchants (such as bars and restaurants) who want to offer discount coupons and attract groups.
We take your privacy very seriously. Your registration, geolocation, and schedule availability details are protected. Your free hours are visible only to friends in the same meet group, and we never sell your data.
You can instantly delete your account directly in the app under "My Profile". Alternatively, you can fill out the deletion form on our website or email info@nexagil.com. All your data will be permanently deleted within 15 days.
